Terms of Use

Last updated October 26, 2026.

By using HYPERFEAST you agree to these terms.

What HYPERFEAST is

HYPERFEAST is a free news aggregator. Headlines, summaries and pictures belong to the outlets that published them; we link to the original articles and do not republish them. Trademarks, team names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams and leagues. HYPERFEAST is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, or the outlets we link to.

Information only

Scores, schedules, standings, statistics and betting lines are shown for information, come from third-party sources, and may be delayed or wrong. Nothing on HYPERFEAST is betting, financial or other professional advice.

Using the site

You may use HYPERFEAST and our free widget for personal and non-commercial purposes. Please don't scrape the site at scale, try to disrupt it, or use it to send spam.

Pick'Em accounts

Pick'Em is a free game with no prizes and no money at stake. You need a valid email address that you control, one account per person. Choose a username that is not offensive or misleading; we may remove usernames, picks or accounts that are, or that are used to cheat (for example by running several accounts). You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your email secure and sign out of shared devices. We may correct scores or results, and rankings can change when we do. You can delete your account at any time under Account.

Links and purchases

Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or for purchases made on them. Some links are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure).

No warranty

HYPERFEAST is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: the address on our contact page.
